Voice of the Customer Summary (VOC)
The goal of Experience's University Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiative, which was conducted in Q4 2008, is to define the challenges our career services customers at colleges and universities have and to uncover how Experience can help solve them or be part of an initiative to help solve them. We identified college and university VOC participants from across the country and conducted 45-60 minute interviews with each of them.
