What is the Unlocking Potential Conference? Who should attend?
The Unlocking Potential conference is an educational and networking forum for our college and university partners. It is the one event where the directors and administrators can come together to exchange, learn and network. We welcome anyone who works closely with the career center and Experience products. It is not open to the general public.
When will the conference start and end?
Registration will begin at noon on Thursday, January 8, 2009 and we’ll officially start at 3:00 PM that day and end around 4:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2009.
What meals are included?
The networking reception on Thursday evening will include hors d’oeuvres and beverages. On Friday, breakfast and lunch will be served. The Liberty Hotel features two excellent restaurants and is also located near some of the best restaurants in Boston.
What is the conference dress attire?
Please dress business casual.
Will there be wireless networking at the conference?
Yes, the hotel has Wi-Fi available.

How do I register?

What does the $99.00 conference registration fee include?
The registration fee entitles you to full access to the Unlocking Potential conference, including the general sessions with insightful keynotes, training sessions, as well as conference materials and some meals.
Do I have to register in advance?
Yes, we expect to reach maximum capacity, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Can I register for the conference by telephone or fax?
No, registrations must be completed online.
What methods of payment are acceptable?
You can pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
How do I register for more than one person?
The instructions online will prompt you to enter in more information if you are registering for more than one person. Please be sure to provide all the names of the registrants at the time of registration.
How do I know I have registered successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after you complete the registration form. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an additional email confirmation of your registration which is your invoice/receipt.
Can I send someone in my place, if I can no longer attend?
Can I bring a guest to any sessions or keynotes?
No, all conference participants must be registered attendees.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
In the event you need to cancel your Unlocking Potential registration(s), a full refund will be issued up until December 9, 2008 – representing thirty (30) days prior to the conference start date of January 8, 2009. After December 9, 2008 you will not receive a refund.
Can I only attend one day out of the two day conference?
Yes, however the cost is the same as the total meeting price.

The guest room rate will be $169.00 for January 8, 2009. If you wish to book a night before the event or stay for the entire weekend, please call the hotel instead of booking online to check for availability and to secure this special rate. The group code will not work if you try to book more than one night. You will just get this response: Sorry - There are no rates that match your specified criteria.
